Let's try this...

1. Log in to the Outlook web interface at Outlook Web 

2. Select the "Settings Gear"


3. Select "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom



4. Remove any "Rules" that have been configured.



5. Verify that "Forwarding" is disabled (Unchecked)
