Page 1—Scheduling Meetings & Tracking Responses
Step 1: Home → New Meeting.
Step 2: Use Scheduling Assistant and add attendees to view free/busy times.
Step 3: In Room Finder, pick a location and a room.
Step 4: Optionally select Teams Meeting (or Skype for Business, depending on your organization).
Step 5: To attach a file: Insert → Attach File → Select File → Share link.
Step 6: Track responses: select the meeting → Tracking to view who accepted, declined, etc.
Page 2—Additional Tips & Keyboard Shortcuts
Apply categories: Right-click an event → Categorize → pick one or more categories.
Switch calendar view: In the Calendar tab → View → Day / Work Week / Week / Month.
Keyboard shortcuts (some key ones):
• Go to Calendar: Ctrl + 2.
• Go to Mail: Ctrl + 1.
• Switch view to include today: Ctrl + T.
• Create new meeting: Ctrl + Shift + Q.
• Open selected event: Ctrl + O.
• Create appointment: Ctrl + Shift + A.
Add another calendar:
• From Address Book (to see coworker’s calendar)
• From the Internet (to view the public/online calendar).
Create a meeting from email: Open message → select Meeting → all To-line recipients become required attendees, and the message subject/body carries over for editing.
